If you really just want to ignore most of this, please just go to my pinboard and look for the [ extra:wishlist ] (without the brackets) tag. All the stuff I really want a podfic of is there. If you podfic something from that list I would be over the moon but don't feel like you need to. There are many amazing fics out there that I haven't read. Introduce me to something new!
Actually, if you are willing to wade through my pinboard account you can get a good idea of what I like and the broad spectrum of fandoms I'm in (though, just because I have a fandom tag for it does not necessarily mean I'm in that fandom. I do love a good crossover). I only have stuff I like visible on my pinboard so anything is fair game. But if you care, I know my rating system is weird but whale is the highest. Also I have a [ extra:favorite ] tag (again, without the brackets) and that is exactly what it says, my favorite fics. Don't feel like you need to do this though. I just wanted to throw out the option in order to help you. Feel free to ignore this whole paragraph.
I know I have a reputation for intensely LONG podfic; however, I do really, really love listening to short podfic! So please don’t feel like making something long is necessary!!! (Due to a bunch of reasons including time constraints, I’m not actually able to listen to a lot of podfic day-to-day. I will love and listen to that super long thing you made but it might take me a while.)
Last note: If you're unsure and want to ask me about whether something is okay that's totally cool. I'm not into sleuthing out who my giftee is so don't worry about You can ask several ways: go through the mods, ask anonymously as a comment on this post, or ask vorvayne or flowerparrish they can ask me in a duplicitous way and get you your answer. If you don't see your favourite rare-pairing for a character there but have the perfect fic it is probably cool! ***2 caveats about One Piece: 1) I'm anime (and live action) only so if anyone is writing cutting edge manga fic out there and you want to podfic it, please give me a warning that I need to have seen chapter X before listening, I'll wait until the anime catches up and then instantly listen to what you made me. 2) I really solidly headcanon AroAce!Luffy which means it's going to throw me if he's in a relationship with anyone.
